What we do
Machining
We have CNC machining capabilities on site to produce large high accuracy flat components up to 1350x1350x100 on our flat bed router. Our router uses patented anti-backlash lead screws to give a accuracy of <2µm. This enables us to offer a level of precision often not associated with large routed parts. We can offer machining on a vast range of materials such as wood, plastics, non-ferrous metals, composites and more.

Laser Cutting/Engraving
Using a CO2 laser we can cut and engrave most non metallic materials such as woods, plastics and rubbers. Laser cutting allows you to achieve almost completely square corners and make complex shapes that are just not easily achievable with traditional machining methods. Laser cutting is a cheap and effective way of making bespoke flat components such as gaskets, panels, templates and much much more. Printing and Signage
We offer large format digital printing on site using a wide range of medias up to 1625mm wide. We use latex ink to achieve high quality 1200dpi prints with vibrant colours that last. Using a high accuracy cutter plotter we can create bespoke vinyl lettering as well as complex designs which can be mounted on a range of backing materials. Cut to Size Materials
We can offer great prices on cut to size panels on a lots of materials with various levels of edge finish and accuracy by utilising the equipment we have on site. We can offer cut to size sales and whole sheet supply on a vast range of materials from small one off jobs to pallets of sheets we can help.

Fabrication
We offer fabrication services, utilising the equipment we have to produce the flat components we can then use hot bending, gluing and welding equipment to produce plastic and composite fabricated parts. We can produce anything from simple angle brackets or stands to bespoke acrylic display cases.
